1. Membership Eligibility
RoamRewards membership is available to eligible WTS Travel customers who register with a valid Singapore mobile number. Membership approval, continuation, and benefits remain subject to WTS Travel's programme rules.
2. Member Account
Members are responsible for keeping their registration details accurate and for maintaining control of the mobile number used to access the account.
3. Points And Tier Benefits
Points, tier status, rewards, and campaign benefits may be calculated based on eligible spending and other criteria determined by WTS Travel. Benefits may vary by tier, campaign, availability, and redemption conditions.
4. Rewards And Redemptions
Rewards are subject to availability and may include validity periods, usage conditions, verification checks, and other restrictions. Redeemed rewards are not transferable unless WTS Travel states otherwise.
5. Communications
By registering for RoamRewards, members agree to receive service messages required for account access, verification, reward fulfilment, and programme administration. Marketing messages are sent according to the member's consent and applicable laws.
6. Programme Changes
WTS Travel may update the RoamRewards Membership Programme, including points rules, tier criteria, benefits, redemption rules, and these terms. Continued use of the programme after updates means the member accepts the updated terms.
7. Suspension Or Termination
WTS Travel may suspend or terminate membership, points, or rewards where misuse, fraud, inaccurate information, system abuse, or breach of these terms is suspected or confirmed.
8. Events Beyond Our Control
The Company shall not be responsible for any delay, disruption, suspension, or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, travel restrictions, supplier failures, cyber incidents, system failures, industrial disputes, transportation disruptions, and other unforeseen events.
